Hi Friends! So we were back today. We did not bring the Italian Ice cart due to cold weather but the ice cream cart was there. We also made crepes and will do so every Saturday throughout the season. I decided to try a different recipe using King Arthur flour and some other ingredients I didn’t use before. The result was a wholesome crepe as in a “country” type crepe. I sold a few, which is better than last year when nobody knew about us and we sold nothing on the first day lol. However, I truly believe that my regular recipe using other ingredients makes a more delicate, fancy crepe. I will return to my original recipe next week.
